By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to TokenOff are final and non-refundable, except where refund is required by applicable law.

This no-refund policy includes, without limitation:

• subscription fees;
• prepaid balances;
• top-ups;
• usage-based charges;
• overage charges;
• setup or service fees;
• partially used billing periods;
• unused balances, credits, or service capacity.

2. User Responsibility Before Purchase

Before making a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing:

• service descriptions;
• pricing;
• supported models and features;
• technical compatibility;
• usage limitations;
• these policy terms.

If you are uncertain whether the Services meet your needs, do not complete the purchase until you have evaluated the relevant information.

3. Delivery Timing

For account top-ups, prepaid balances, or Token purchases, TokenOff generally fulfills delivery electronically through automated processing.

Unless otherwise stated on the platform, after successful payment confirmation, purchased Tokens will be automatically credited to your account balance within five (5) minutes.

Temporary delays may occur due to payment verification, processor review, technical maintenance, fraud prevention checks, network issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such delays do not entitle the user to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If purchased Tokens are not credited within five (5) minutes after successful payment, you must contact developer@platomaster.com promptly and provide sufficient transaction information for investigation.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or stop using the Services at any time.

However:

• cancellation only stops future recurring charges where applicable;
• cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any past payment;
• cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or credit for unused time, unused balances, unused quota, or unused capacity.

Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated earlier under applicable terms.

5. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment is reversed, charged back, disputed, or otherwise fails:

• we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services;
• we may revoke associated balances, credits, or access rights;
• you remain responsible for unpaid amounts and related costs to the extent permitted by law.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

TokenOff generally does not provide refunds for:

• accidental purchases;
• failure to use the Services;
• dissatisfaction with third-party model outputs;
• changes in your business needs;
• incompatibility with your internal systems;
• suspension resulting from your violation of our Terms of Service or applicable policies;
• interruptions caused by upstream providers or force majeure events.

Any exception, if ever granted, is made solely at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law, and does not create an obligation to grant similar exceptions in the future.

7. Chargebacks

Improper or abusive chargebacks may be treated as a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide relevant records to payment processors or financial institutions.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
